What primary services do you offer?
Our team of Chartered Accountants is trained to provide most of the professional financial services you need to maintain your business i.e. accounting, bookkeeping, budgeting and forecasting, tax advisory and corporate secretarial services.
This may sound similar to every other accounting practice, however, what we offer differently is our specially curated service to your business. We seek to understand you first before identifying what you need for your business. Our motto is to make sure you only pay for what you need!
What are the rates of your services? What factors goes into the pricing structure?
Unlike many professional service providers, we look to break away from the norm by offering a transparent pricing structure so you know all the costs you will incur. The last thing we want is to have any surprises to your bills.
How we price our service also varies on your company’s needs. If you already have a clear accounting process and structure in place and all you’re missing is an accountant to help you maintain your books, our fixed monthly pricing structure would then fit what you need. However, if you do require more advice on how to start on your accounting, how to automate and digitalise the process, or whether you even need an outsourced accountant at this point in your business, feel free to speak to us to find out more on our flexible pricing structure that is catered to suit your business needs.

What accounting system do you use?
We primarily use and recommend the Xero accounting system to our clients. It is really intuitive and easy to use for any first timers too.
If you have never used an accounting system before and are worried if it is difficult to transition and use, we also offer Xero set-up services, migration and onboarding training to ensure you can make full use of the accounting system to ease your accounting process.
However, fret not if you already have your own preferred accounting system, we will also work with other systems too to assist you with your needs.
What do your clients need to provide you with in order to do your job?
To efficiently help you achieve your business goals, we require access to your documents – mainly in electronic form – as we also look to digitalise and automate your processes.
Common items that we would require on a monthly basis include, but not limited to:
– Bank and credit card statements
– Sales and invoicing systems (POS)
– Accounting software (e.g Xero)
– Inventory management systems
– Invoice copies of all business expenditure
We will provide you with an onboarding checklist and step-by-step guidance to make sure you know what you have to do.
How do I know if I'm ready or need to outsource my accounting?
If you find that you’re spending too much time and effort trying to understand the accounting system, or getting your financial statements up to know where you are at with your business, it’s probably time to consider outsourcing your accounting.
We recommend outsourcing especially if you are at the initial phase of your business and cannot afford to hire a full-time in-house accountant to assist you with these administrative tasks.
